No Returns on Opened Products

Due to the intimate and hygiene-sensitive nature of our products, we do not accept returns or offer refunds on any opened, used or unsealed products under any circumstances. This is a strict policy with no exceptions.

When You Are Eligible for a Replacement or Refund

You may be eligible for a full replacement or full refund including shipping only if:

  • You received a wrong product (different from what you ordered)
  • You received a damaged product (physically damaged packaging or product)
  • You received a defective product (manufacturing fault)
How to Report an Issue
  • All issues must be reported within 2 to 3 hours of delivery — no exceptions
  • Report via WhatsApp with your order number, clear photos and a video clearly showing the issue
  • Reports made after this window will not be entertained regardless of the reason

How We Resolve It
  • If the fault or error is confirmed to be on our side — we will offer a full replacement or full refund including both-way shipping at absolutely no cost to you
  • If the issue is not caused by us — no refund or replacement will be issued
  • If you wish to exchange a product for a different one for personal preference — shipping charges will apply both ways and must be paid by you in advance
Exchanges
  • Exchanges are only accepted for unopened, sealed products in original condition
  • Shipping charges for exchange — both sending back and receiving the new product — are fully borne by the customer
Refund Method

Approved refunds will be processed via EasyPaisa, JazzCash or bank transfer within 3 to 5 business days of approval.
