ORDERS & DELIVERY
I am embarrassed to order — is it really private?
We completely understand. This is exactly why Touch N Love exists. Your package arrives looking like any ordinary parcel. No one — not your family, your neighbours, your courier rider — will have any idea what is inside. You have our word.
Will anyone know what I ordered?
Absolutely not. Every order is shipped in completely plain, unmarked packaging. No product name, no brand name, no Touch N Love branding anywhere on the outside. It looks like any regular parcel. Your privacy is our promise — always.
Is Cash on Delivery available?
Yes. COD is available nationwide across Pakistan. No advance payment is required. You pay only when your order arrives at your door.
How fast will my order arrive?
In Islamabad and Rawalpindi — COD orders placed before 5:00 PM are delivered next day. Same-day delivery is also available in ISB/RWP for prepaid orders (via Bykea/Yango/inDrive). For all other cities — 3 to 5 working days, often sooner.
What is the shipping fee?
Flat Rs. 350 on all COD orders nationwide. For same-day delivery in ISB/RWP, the ride fare is paid by the customer and options are communicated before dispatch.
Can I change my delivery address after ordering?
You can request a change before your order is dispatched. Once dispatched, the address cannot be changed. Contact us immediately on WhatsApp if you need to update your address.
How do I track my order?
Once dispatched, we will send you a tracking number via WhatsApp or SMS. You can use this to track your order on the courier’s website.
What if nobody is home at the time of delivery?
Please ensure someone is available to receive and pay for your order. If the courier attempts delivery and no one is available, the order may be returned. Re-delivery charges may apply.
Do you deliver to all cities in Pakistan?
Yes. We deliver nationwide across Pakistan. Remote areas may take slightly longer than the standard 3 to 5 day estimate.

Are your products 100% genuine and authentic?
Yes. Every single product we sell is 100% authentic and internationally certified. We source only genuine Durex, SKYN, ONE and Josh products. We take product authenticity very seriously — it is the foundation of everything we do at Touch N Love.
How do I know which condom is right for me?
It depends on what you are looking for. If you want to last longer — try Durex Extended Pleasure, ONE Extended Pleasure or Endurance. If you want more sensation — try Durex Thin Feel, Durex Invisible or Bareback Ultra Thin. If you want pleasure for both partners — try Durex Mutual Pleasure or Rough Rider. What is the difference between ribbed and dotted condoms?
Ribbed condoms have raised rings around the shaft that create a ripple sensation. Dotted condoms have raised dots that create a more targeted, pinpoint stimulation. Some condoms like Durex Mutual Pleasure have both — for maximum effect.
What are delay condoms and how do they work?
Delay condoms have a small amount of benzocaine — a mild local anaesthetic — on the inside tip. This gently reduces sensitivity just enough to help him last longer naturally. It does not numb the experience entirely. Brands include Durex Extended Pleasure, ONE Extended Pleasure, Endurance and Josh Delay.
Are flavoured condoms safe for oral sex?
Yes. Flavoured condoms and lubes in our store are body-safe and suitable for oral intimacy. Always check the product description to confirm suitability.
What is SKYN and why is it latex-free?
SKYN condoms are made from SKYNFEEL™ — a polyisoprene material that contains no natural rubber latex. They are the ideal choice for people with latex allergies or sensitivities. SKYNFEEL™ is softer, more flexible and feels more natural than standard latex.
Do your condoms expire?
Yes. All condoms have an expiry date printed on the packaging. Always check before use. We only stock fresh inventory with at least 12 months remaining shelf life.
How should I store condoms?
Store in a cool, dry place away from direct sunlight and sharp objects. Do not store in a wallet for extended periods as heat and friction can damage the packaging and the condom.
Are condoms 100% effective against pregnancy and STIs?
When used correctly and consistently, condoms are highly effective — over 98% with perfect use. However, no contraceptive method is 100% guaranteed. Condoms also provide significant protection against STIs including HIV when used correctly.
LUBRICANTS
What is lubricant and why use it?
Lubricant (lube) reduces friction during intimacy, making the experience more comfortable and pleasurable for both partners. It is not just for people who experience dryness — lube genuinely enhances pleasure for everyone and is strongly recommended for anal intimacy.
Which lube should I use with condoms?
Always use water-based lubricants with condoms. Oil-based lubricants can damage latex condoms and reduce their effectiveness. All lubes in our store are water-based and condom-compatible.
Can I use lube with sex toys?
Yes. Water-based lubes are safe to use with all sex toys and personal massagers. Avoid silicone-based lubes with silicone toys.
Are flavoured lubes safe to ingest?
Our flavoured lubes (Durex Play Very Cherry, Josh Lube Strawberry) are formulated to be body-safe for oral use. Small amounts during oral intimacy are not harmful. Do not consume large quantities.
What is the difference between Durex Play Tingle and regular lube?
Durex Play Tingle contains a unique formula that creates a warming, cooling and tingling sensation on contact. It is designed to enhance pleasure beyond simple lubrication. Regular lube simply reduces friction.
REFUNDS & REPLACEMENTS
Can I return a product?
Opened or used products cannot be returned under any circumstances due to hygiene reasons. Unopened, sealed products in original condition may be exchanged — shipping charges both ways are borne by the customer.
What if I received the wrong or damaged product?
Report it to us within 2 to 3 hours of delivery via WhatsApp with photos and a video. If the fault is confirmed to be on our side, we will replace or refund fully including shipping at no cost to you.
How long does a refund take?
Approved refunds are processed via EasyPaisa, JazzCash or bank transfer within 3 to 5 business days of approval.
