Discreet Packaging — Always

  • Every single order is packed in plain, completely unmarked outer packaging
  • No product name, no brand name, no Touch N Love branding on the outside of the parcel
  • The package looks like any ordinary parcel — your privacy is always protected, guaranteed

Same-Day Delivery — Islamabad & Rawalpindi Only

  • Same-day delivery is available exclusively in Islamabad and Rawalpindi
  • Delivered via available ride-hailing services such as Bykea, Yango, or inDrive depending on availability
  • The delivery fare for same-day service is paid directly by the customer
  • Available fare options from each platform will be communicated to you — you choose whichever suits you best
  • Same-day delivery is only available for online prepaid orders — it is not available on COD
  • To place a same-day delivery order contact us directly on WhatsApp

COD Delivery — Islamabad & Rawalpindi

  • COD orders in Islamabad and Rawalpindi placed before 5:00 PM will be delivered the next day
  • Delivery may be delayed in case of city-wide disruptions, strikes, or extraordinary circumstances — we will notify you promptly
  • Flat shipping fee: Rs. 350

COD Delivery — All Other Cities (Nationwide)

  • Orders are dispatched within 1 business day of confirmation
  • Estimated delivery time: 3 to 5 working days
  • Earlier delivery is possible and we always try our best to dispatch as quickly as possible
  • Delivery via TCS, Leopards or equivalent courier service
  • Flat shipping fee: Rs. 350

Order Tracking

  • A tracking number will be shared with you via WhatsApp or SMS once your order is dispatched
  • You can track your order directly on the courier’s website using this number
Important Notes
  • Touch N Love is not responsible for delays caused by courier companies, weather, strikes or circumstances beyond our control
  • Delivery to remote areas may take longer than the estimated timeframe
  • Please ensure your delivery address and phone number are correct at the time of ordering — we cannot change the address after dispatch
